[b28] Insane mode stat point increases

Insane mode is supposed to give +2 stat points every second level, but even though it says 0 stat points left to spend a third can still be applied (indeed, you still get the level up prompt until this is applied).

Hmm, this could be a simple display issue, as it seems that only 2 stat points are given on the odd-numbered levels. Currently the level-up dialogue shows 2 stat points on the even levels.
