I found a Blinkwyrm who just repeatedly cast Kinetic Leech on me, making it an easy kill.
There are others monsters out there which on insane have this zero cooldown ability they like to spam doing nothing else. I suggest that talents which reduce cooldown at higher levels should cap at 3 turns or so, otherwise they overwhelm all other skills.
Or in another point of view, have monsters learn which abilities did nothing to the player so they can change strategy:
Let's say an ability has a x2 disable modifier... if the mob uses it and the target resists/is immune they'd just lower the priority on it, letting other abilities take precedence.

Re: b27 AI - Insane mobs with 0 cooldown abilities
This happened again, this time on an Adventurer.
So far the spammy skills I've found that make boring monsters are Kinetic Leech and Crush, so at least these should get some attention.

That's absolutely no fair. Why is Kinetic Leech spammable by a monster when it has a cooldown of 19 on my mindslayer?Dervis wrote:This happened again, this time on an Adventurer.
