[b25] trapped in the void/Eidolon Plane

I'm playing on adventurer difficulty as dwarf/berserker.
After I died I clicked on Eidolon to be resurrected, but he just vanished and now I'm trapped on that scene.

Never had this problem before with other chars.

I had this same issue in b21... halfling slinger on adventure, lvl 34, died for the sixth time, was ported to void, rested for cooldowns and went up to Eidolon and moved into him... and he disappeared.

I was kinda tired of the char and just quit to wait for b22.

I just had exactly this on b25, I have the save game if it's of any use. (Restarting with the same game, the Eidolon is still missing.)

I'll try fetching latest to see if that springs him back into existence.
