The timed effect changes had an interesting effect on Time Prison. Because Time Prison now ticks on game turns instead of actor turns it's now reducing energy to 0 on game time instead of actor time.
With 1.92 global speed I was able to act almost every game turn with Time Prison going. With 1.15 I could act about 1 out of 5 turns.
Not sure if this is the most elegant solution but I built a time stun value for Borrowed Time that's simply an irresistible stun effect that could probably work for Time Prison.
