Is it planed that the chance for a second strike is applied on each strike?
Took a talent point to boost it to 5*1.5 and got a 40% chance for a second strike.
I saw up to 4 strikes sometimes.
40% for 2 strikes
16% for 3
6.4% for 4
2.56% for 5
...
?
