Duathedlen Heart Activation Freeze

Activating the Artifact Light Source "Duathedlen Heart" targeting it, then immediately stepping in the path of the projectile gives a black screen.

I cant seem to reproduce it, did you get any specific errors ?

Hmm... that's odd, I can't either. Sorry, must have been a one off error, or something else at the same time.
