The damage displayed in the tooltip is not accurate. It supposes that the damage applies is a fixed value, which doesn't seem to be the case. Since it's fire damage (like Pyrokinesis), it's probably a damage applied over time, so the tooltip should probably mention that.

In b21? Yeah, and the range of the spike cone is always displayed as 0 even if it's actually 7-9. Lotsa weirdness in mindslayer ability descriptions, charged aura spike always lists 0 targets will be hit, as well.
