[b21] Light radius under Lake Nur

In my first trip to Lake Nur in b21 I could not see anything when I went underwater. I went back out and got a water breathing item. When I went in I could then see, but my light radius was reduced to one. Removing the water breathing item again reduced my light radius to 0. When I got out of the water level and into the dry level under it I still had the same issue. Light radius 1 with water breathing and light radius 0 without it even though I am no longer in the water.
