[B20b] Hostile sun paladins

Killed a few paladins, now the are hostile.

bugs:
* Patrols in the east chase me but do not attack. In fact they defend me from orc patrols now lol.
* The quests cannot be completed (quest giver is hostile / dead >:]). Game is basically over.
* I can still trade in their shops, even tho they hate me

This points to the design problem where you unlock things by doing quests from a faction. When they are hostile you cannot continue.

Possible solution:
* Remove the faction from the paladins so they are always friendly
* Provide a method of gaining faction (for example, each orc you kill makes the sun paladins more friendly)
