Game cheats?

Some more detail would be useful... In particular the game log from when this happened, and some detail about the monster itself. Any chance it used a healing infusion when you snuffed it?

Well, in future I would suggest that if you see something you think is a bug you immediately copy the stdout.txt. Otherwise it's almost impossible for DarkGod and his cronies to track down the bug.

Died right from a monster's attack right after killing it and then when I returned to life it was 100% healed.

This isn't terribly specific, so I am going to state my assumptions as I go. First, I assume you are playing adventure mode and when you say I returned to life you mean that you used the adventure mode resurrect, which currently moves you to the stairs and heals all NPCs on the level. I have no guesses on how you "died from a monster's attack after you killed it" unless there was reflective damage involved. Can you explain how it happened?
