Deathproof and I (I tested through cheating) have both experienced a problem with this unlock. He unlocked it legit and got the chronomancer flag in allow builds but when he went to make a TW he was given a class with no talents and the TW option was never presented.
He checked allow builds and put the temporal warden in there but when he logged into his profile it was deleted. (This was the part I tested and experienced myself).
It looks like whatever this problem is though it's not universal. I see a few TWs in the vault so... I don't know what's going on on our end.
