Tome of wildfire?

I know it used to unlock the wildfire talent tree for archmages, but not anymore right? Found one in vor pride min ago, used it just to see what would happen, said i unlocked it in the message feed. No announcement though. Guessing that's its not supposed to be in game still, so heres a heads up.

It does give some benefits to using it, but yes the unlock was changed
