Struggling with Psyshot Build – Too Fragile and Lacking Damage

Hey everyone,
I’ve been having a hard time making my Psyshot build work. I feel way too fragile, and the damage output doesn’t seem high enough to make a difference during the short window when my shield is active.

Anyone have tips or builds that are working well for them? Would love to hear how you’re setting yours up.
