Auto-use Talents & Resting

Hello, I'm playing ogre and have Ogric Wrath set on Auto-use when enemies are visible & adjacent

Now I understand it can be a bit fiddly with activated talents and auto-use since it could loop forever, but the way I have it set up it wouldn't activate(hence no infinite loop) except for when enemies are right next to me(which would cancel the rest, hence no infinite loop).

Is there any way or any add-on to make resting wait for my auto-use ogric wrath?

I made Automatic Transmission to solve exactly this problem since it was driving me crazy to need to use a non-auto talent before resting every time (even with other add-ons). It will always rest until cooldowns are done for every talent whose auto-use conditions can be reasonably expected to not loop forever.
