STEP by STEP character guides ie: Level progession?

#1 Post by Zanatar »

Hi All. So I'm not 100% new. I played about 5 years ago, but it's been a long time. I have replayed the tutorial and I'm trying to get back into the game.

One thing I remember struggling with when I played it before, was finding a guide that showed you the exact step by step progression , for each level, that tells you exactly what to invest in each level.

I've checked out all of the character builds for 1.7.4, and they just show a link to the end build and it's very hard to know how to actually put together these builds. What order to take things in etc.

So I'm wondering, given I'm back to being new to the game, until I get the hang of it , does anyone know of any 1.7.4 or higher builds, that give you a Leveling Progression guide, step by step for exactly how to do that particular build?

Please let me know. Once I get the hang of it, I can maybe get a better idea for future builds , without it being step by step.

Also, please note, I'm of that personality type, that loves to follow builds. I don't like experimenting. I don't like making my own. In all RPG's I play, I get full enjoyment from following builds. It's just how I am.

Thanks so much!

This might be coming somewhat a little bit late (been locked out of forum for some reason.. sorry..) but this guide below might be the one for you, assuming you have unlocked Solipsist. :)

Solipsist step-by-step guide.

PS this guide was written for Insane, but should be applicable to any lower difficulties as well.

PPS if you haven't unlocked Solipsist yet, you might want to consider using the 'Ignore Race/Class Locks', which you can download from here (or from Steam Workshop if you have bought the game on Steam).
Growing old is mandatory..
Growing up, is completely optional.. ;)
