How to unlock Armour of shadows on rogue

I am not quite certain how to get darkness damage on rogue, is there a specific set of equipment I should get or maybe a talent?

If nothing else, you can always get a weapon or two with +dark damage on hit, unlock the training dummy, and beat on it for a while.
