Weapon no longer displays power?

Using Razorblade, the Cursed Waraxe and it no longer displays its power as 38-53.2, it just says "Power: 147%"
Why is this and what does it mean?

There is a setting somewhere that changes whether weapon damage is listed as the damage range, or as a power and a range multiplier.

Thanks~ You were right I looked around and found that the setting was "Advanced Weapon Statistics" and it was enabled. When I disabled it the weapons showed range instead of %
