How could I reset my profile?

Hi, there. I bought the game several years ago on Steam.

I want to experience the process of unlocking new classes, so I try the "reset all unlocks" button, but it did not work. I also tried to delete the profile files. It went well at first, but after several times, the old data all got back.

So how could I reset my profiles?
