Hotkey bar with text instead of icons

What has happened I see my talents like this

I would suggest file c:\Users\<username>\T-Engine\4.0\settings\tome.visual_hotkeys.cfg is responsible for this, but I have it with content tome.visual_hotkeys = true and... nope

I have deleted all folders in c:\Users\<username>\T-Engine\4.0 and kind of started over - that helped.
Will play more a bit and try to reproduce, maybe find something - then report here.
