krog mindstar upgrading in zigur

it wont let me buy the mindstar mastery upgrade with krog oozemancer. its already 1.3 and i betrayed alchemist. can u not upgrade mindstar mastery as krog oozemancer?

I don't think you can pay to get it higher than 1.3x mastery.

You can only upgrade your mastery with gold if it is below 1.2, this also applies for Staff Combat.
