Is corrupted negation supposed to disrupt mindpowers?

It seems like corrupted negation keeps disabling my gloom, stalk and antimagic shield.
the description of corrupted negation says it disables some magical or physical effects, but these are all mindpowers.

Appears to be a description error, as it can dispel magical and physical effects, and any sustained talents.
