Question about necromancer and penitence staff

You know that the staff penitence can speak, well the four option say:

-Is there anything else you can do?

and he respond me :

My finest services are only available to real necromancers. Stop bothering me, inferior creature.

Is there a way to be a "Real" Necromancer? what more can the staff do?

This dialog is only supposed to be on the staff of bones but currently it's bugged and can appear on all sentient staves.

just... be a necromancer class :p

But the Penitence staff has good dialogue too!
This injustice must be fixed at once!
