you'll one shot everything before it reaches you, so it doesn't matter much, especially at 0.8 mastery.
Generally speaking, max life is more overall useful, so go with fortitude.

HP is useful all around and you shouldn't need armor hardiness as archer, go fortitude.
I don't think there is a case where fortitude is clearly inferior to fortress so go for it everytime.
If you were to unlock chant for some reason, resistance is the best of the lot though.
And uh... called shot build? I assume you mean normallol build since called shot is broken and you should always use it if you're not in some kind of challenge run that decided to ignore it.
