Is "brain in a jar" available in Maj'Eyal campaign?

Or Embers only? If so, is it possible to get enemies from Embers and allow them in Maj'Eyal campaign areas where anything can appear, at least Farportal anyway (of course, Embers must be enabled)? If they aren't currently in the Maj'Eyal campaign, it would be nice for the monsters to appear somewhere that give the rare ingredients for tinker recipes.
