EoR campaign - yeti tissue unlocks + drops

Two questions:

1) If you unlock a talent tree in the EoR campaign via the Yeti-tissue thing, is the talent tree already unlocked or would I need to spend another category point on it?

2) In both campaigns: Is the drop chance of items in any way dependent on the class, that you play?

1.) Already unlocked. One of the reasons why Celestial/Light isn't allowed

2.) AFAIK, no.
