Add on to enable Sludgenest and Conclave/Ogre zone?

I love those two areas and would like to explore them in every playthrough, but it seems very random and a small chance of them appearing now.

Is there an addon to make them always show up, and if so what is it called/how can I look it up out of the hundreds of add ons?

I'm pretty sure if you play specific races you can make them always appear. I think Thalore always make Sludgenest appear, Yeek always make Dogroth Caldera appear, and Shalore always make Director Hompalan spawn.

there is an add on that allows access to rel, iron throne and it's dungeons, sludgenest and the caldera always generate and lately the conclaves as well for me.

sadly this also comes with adding iron throne and irkkk but yeah, if you really want to kill your endgame guys in sludgenest this is the one you need

well i am kind of OC about doing everything in the game and would actually like some way to visit the other special zones in the game that this add on does not address.
