Can Ogre Reavers dual wield two handed weapons?

I noticed that Ogres have a skill that means they can wield a two-handed weapon in their main hand, and that reavers' off hands can equip the same weapons as their main hands. Does this mean that an ogre reaver can dual wield two handed weapons, or does it just mean they can carry a two-handed weapon in their main hand and something like a longsword in their off hand?

you cannot dual wield 2 2h weapons.

every slot is coded to only accept certain items.
ogres passive only prevents the 2h weapons from locking down the offhand slot, but the item restrictions on that slot are not changed.
reaver adds 1h weapons to the offhand slot.

That would be awesome, like the passive Titan Grip in WoW back in the day. i miss that.

I have considered making an Ogre Reaver just for this reason, but not sure how a 2hander and 1hander together would work with their melee skills, don't they require a 1hander to use?

It's weird using it on my Ogre Berserker with a dagger. Seems like a lot of the time he doesn't use the offhand weapon to attack. So it's basically just a stat stick. In which case a shield is a better option.
