Does Meteoric Crash trigger off of Earthen Missile?

Cause I don't think I've seen it happen once. But then again 99 percent of my "spellcasting" is Arcane Combat procs.

Or am I not seeing anything happen because it randomly crashes somewhere on the level?

I put it in my toolbar so I could see the cooldown. It is triggering, but I don't see anything happening?

Nevermind, looks like it does indeed trigger, but it seems to be hitting randomly somewhere in the level rather than on the thing I hit. Looks like I wasted a Prodigy.
