Steam copy/key?

I made the 60 coin (6 euro) donation because I wanted to pay the creator of this game and not give Valve any money. The text in the "Balance" section of my profile mentions the Steam version of the game "if you were already a donator and as such were granted the game on Steam", and I was wondering how I get the game on Steam. Will I be sent a key? Will it be activated after a certain amount of time to my attached steam account? (I registered to the site using my Steam account) How does this work?

Hmm, I'm not quite sure I understand. So you bought the game off the website but want to link it to your steam account so you can launch from that? As far as I'm aware (someone correct me if I'm wrong) if you buy the game off the website it's DRM free so you wouldn't be using Steam to launch it but just using the downloader from the website. You could always add it as a non-steam game.

I am not sure, but I guess you won't be able to own the game on Steam itself. I think it happens the opposit way: if you buy on steam, you get it on the official site too. But ~~I am not sure~~. Did you try logging in your account in te4 an messing around with the steam or balance tabs?
