Can I have more log lines on the screen?

Can I have more log lines on the screen?

I often have to open up the game log just to see what happened on the last turn if there is a lot going on.
Is there an option to increase the number of lines shown on the screen? (I play at 2560x1600 and I wouldn't mind having 50% more log lines...)

You can resize the log window. I assume that would increase the amount of lines on the screen?
