Why does mouse cursor not appear in game?

I've been playing the game but for some reason the mouse cursor is invisible and that makes it super difficult. Any way to make it show again?

There's a "use system mouse" option somewhere, I don't recall where at the moment. That might help.

Yeah I clicked that option and nothing changed. It's weird because when I alt tab out of the game I can see the cursor.

I've had the cursor disappear a few times when accidentally mashing keys when I tab out – the Steam overlay shows up in addition to tabbing out to another program, and then when I get rid of the Steam overlay the cursor's gone. Quitting and starting back up always solves the problem.

Probably not the same issue you're having but just thought I'd toss it out there.

unfortunately restarting doesn't help. I downloaded the game directly from the site a few days ago, not from steam.

I've learned to deal with it, but it's really annoying

So is there any way I could get in touch with the devs about this or something? Should I file a bug report?

It's so weird, in between loading a character when the screen goes black the mouse cursor shows up. then when my character & game load it's gone again.

I turned off shaders and now it shows
