1/ Control the golem. To do that just click on the golem icon in the upper part of the screen.
2/ 'u'se the rune
3/ Go back to your alchemist by clicking on your icon in the topof the screen

You can use the same procedure to wear/pick/drop items, gems, etc.

Sry, but i asked about AUTOUSE not manual. Cuz if i clicking on golem icon it cost me 1 turn in fight.

But I do not understand your question in that case.
The rune is part of your golem talents and the IA (auto)uses it whenever it is possible.
Check during a combat round. These instant runes are used as soon as they are available.

no. it's not rune. as i said in first post it's item charm(time shield). understand? golem equiped shield and sheild gave him this spell(not talent).

I'm pretty sure that auto using items is... Bugged out right now. Whether or not it extends to Golem-talents would be interesting to find out though!

Also, this might not apply to instant-use things, but have you tried playing around with talent weights on you golem?

I am pretty sure it is bugged with some runes also, maybe just instant use ones. I put all other weights to zero and tried to get my golem to use a biting gale rune, but it never did. It is capable of using regular damage shields so I am not sure what the exact criteria for not being able to use an talent is.
