Can I use Crystal Focus on generic staves?

Had it drop for my Corruptor in the caves, and not sure what to even use it on if you can't use it on actual staffs. >.>;

You can use it on un-egoed weapons: That is, weapons whose names are just "stralite longsword" or "elm magestaff" rather than "stralite longsword of massacre" or "shimmering elm magestaff."

Oh, I know what types I can use it on, just wasn't sure if it had restrictions like "Iron weapons only" or some junk. Still hunting for an un-ego'd(Was struggling to find the right word, thanks.x 3) staff, so figured I'd ask the question while I hunted. xd

I don't think there are any restrictions, other than the non-ego thing...

It doesn't work very well on bows and slings, but it Does work on gloves.
