Fullscreen bottom bar width issue, how do I fix?

I played the game for a moment in Windowed mode, fixed to the right part of the screen.

Later on, while switched back to full screen, loading the savegame causes the bottom bar to be only half the screen lenght. How do I fix it to full lenght?

Click on the lock icon in the main toolbar. You should then be able to right-drag the bar to resize it. Relock the UI when you are done.
