Download Not Working

I hope this is an ok place to post this, as it feels like a dumb question to me. If it's not please let me know where I might be able to post.

I'm trying to try ToME out again, and went to the page at https://te4.org/download and tried to download the windows version, both with and without music, of the last three versions, and nothing is happening. No download starts. I've tried googling this and searching the forums for information, but nothing comes up. My internet is fine and I've been able to download other things, but the site just doesn't seem to respond to me.

Really wanna give this game another shot, and hoping someone might have some idea what might be going on, or if it's happening to them as well.

Iirc this is some shenanigans with Chrome (some security or some such prevents it? and it won't even give a popup or notification).

Should be able to download using a different browser.

Thank you so much! It was apparently something on chrome's side, and edge was able to download it. Appreciate the help.
