Is there no more development?

I'm just wondering if work on this game has ceased. There just hasn't been any updates in a while and many of the bugs haven't been fixed so I'm curious.

I heard DG put up new commits for the code so SOMETHING is getting worked on.

What do you mean no updates in a while? If you are talking base versions of the game the latest version came out a few months ago. There have not been a ton of updates cause the next big update is the new DLC The Lost Land and the development team has been focused on that.

I was just curious as the forums and main page were lacking updates and things just seemed a bit... down. I wasn't sure.
