Cursed Aura not showing up in Adventurers?

I've got a few add-ons running, the only relevant ones I can think of are 'ignore race/class locks', maybe 'zomnibus addon pack', and 'slightly more adventurous'. Would any of these prevent 'cursed / aura' from showing up for Cormac Adventurers?

Cursed Aura, only appear (and unlock) when you have at least 1 point in Unnatural body (Cursed Form ) and when you pick an item on the ground
