1.7 question (escorts)

On 1.7, I haven't seen an escort in a T1 level hardly at all. Normally, you'll get at least one in either of whichever two T1 dungeons you enter first. Since the beta, I've played maybe ten games and have only seen an escort once in a T1. Is that a new change or just a bad random draw?
