Some add-on, in the recent past, started occasionally giving me huge (as in 4000+) sacks of gold, and I can't for the life of me figure out which one. The problem is, the drops are random and not overly common, so trial and error has been tedious at best, and I've eliminated the ones I thought were the most obvious possibilities. Does anyone -- including, obviously, the creator -- happen to know of add-on that would be doing this? (I'd ask this in the add-on forum, but scanning it tells me that's more for talking about/developing specific add-ons than asking dumb questions about them)
Edit: As far as I can tell, these huge amounts of gold (what we see on the screen is a sack rather than a pile) seems to be dropped in lieu of a normal amount of gold, i.e. monsters that normally drop gold, like rogues, can drop this, and those little 3x3 gold-filled rooms in certain dungeons can have it.
Trying to figure out which add-on is giving me lots of gold.

Off the top of my head I don't know any, but if you can drop us a list of what addons you have active, it would help. As it stands, you aren't likely to get many useful answers with that question, but with a list, a mod name could be recognized or some research can be done.
Let slip the toast of war.

Re: Trying to figure out which add-on is giving me lots of g
Sorry!
It seems this may be caused by my addon, Additional Boss Pack
I was intended to give Ureslak a considerable gold drop, but it seems the rarity field does not work as my intention, and this gold pack drops everywhere.
I will push a quick fix to temporary delete huge gold pile.

Somehow I completely forgot about that. I removed it because it was causing a conflict that made a dungeon level go completely blank. All this time, I was swapping add-ons in and out and somehow I completely forgot I'd removed a conflict add-on. Thanks.
Edit: Did you make a command-level decision, btw? The other reason I missed it is because it doesn't show up in red on the character summary at the load screen. Something you did on-line? I'm not even sure what's possible to for y'all to do to our saved stuff remotely
@PseudoLoneWolf It was a reasonable thought. I had considered it but figured that it would be recognizable because it was a feature, not a bug. So somebody would know. And I was wrong, apparently -- it was a bug.
Also, I was about to give a list after your reply. The other reason I was slow to do so is I had gotten completely addled by all the ones I switched in and out that I was afraid I'd miss the one that mattered somehow. Thank you for your reply.

The only thing I can do is to upload new version of addon and wait other to download it, and I am not sure if it will cause a bug to existing savefile or not.
Re: Trying to figure out which add-on is giving me lots of g
Oh, sorry, I wasn't being clear at all. I have an old character -- well, a month or two -- who is level 5 and has 20k gold, so clearly he didn't earn all that. But when on the character load screen, the list of add-ons is entirely green, i.e. none are the red "missing" even though i clearlty had your add-on there and I removed it entirely from the folder. Which led me to wonder if you'd done, or even could do, something to fix the problem remotely by neutralizing the add-on. It's not a huge issue, just puzzling, since you can't do that. Makes me wonder what I did and how. It would be a useful thing on occasion, taking an add-on out without the game hating me for it.Sorry, I can't do anything to your saved stuff.

Oh well. Off to fight some yeti as an exceedingly poor in money but rich in love and family* orc.
*or so I assume. He just lets me control every aspect of his life, he doesn't talk to me about his personal stuff.
