Can you delete an entry from the winners table?

So when I was new to the game and wanted some unlocks I did a Doombringer run on Exploration MOde and won with it, given how you have infinite lives and enemies don't regain HP it feels a bit bad that it's on the table along my roguelike wins.

Is there a way of removing it?
