Stuck

Im stuck in a spot in a cave area, no pickaxe.

You do, however, have the Crown of Burning Pain. IIRC, those meteors can destroy walls, at least temporarliy. Check all the walls carefully for one that says its diggable and then use the Crown on it.

Or just teleport out, if you have a way to do that.
