Simply put, it doesn't seem to stack.
Gear that says "+ resist all after a teleport" or similar does not stack with the resist all from a phase door rune. Why not?
More so, it's not clear that it's stacking correctly on its own anyway. I'll test more but there appear to be some discrepancies.
Ultimately, if the resist all doesn't stack with the most common teleports, then what's the point?
