is there like a free random generated map? (well in the campaign i always start on forest) like free roam mode, with no quest and just dungeon crawling like crazy

Yes, the DLC's are generally regarded as well worth their price.
Yes, there is a rand gen map kind of thing known as the Infinite Dungeon, though it is lacking some features and is far from being ToME's main game mode (also you have to unlock the Infinite Dungeon first, but that can be circumvented).
