Disequilibrium?

#1 Post by visage »

Something that's been bothering me for, oh, a kilo-game-hour or so: am I missing something, or should Equilibrium either be Disequilibrium or a resource that starts at 0 and goes negative as you use abilities?

I think of it as how close you are to a tree. The more tree like you are, the less likely you are actually to do anything besides sit there.

Then magic spells should heavily increase equiblibrium on each use since using those causes your character to be way more out of nature.

I believe vim spells do this already. The other magic spells apparently aren't unnatural enough to have this effect.

Magic isn't as unnatural as Zigur would like you to believe.
