Can my hotkey bar show 3 rows of hotkeys?

Really simple and stupid question, my hotkey bar has two rows. Can I add a third row without shortening the bars? Thanks.

There's a vertical button bar, by default it's in the bottom right. The sixth button is 'unlock GUI elements'. Click it, then use left and right click to reposition and resize your hotkey bar until it's 3 rows tall. (Or you can make it into any other rectangular shape you want.)
