Dumb question about Zigur and Runes

I equipped a rune without thinking about it. Am I now the enemy of Zigur?

Second question, if I unequip it, will Zigur still attack me?

Runes are magical, so if you inscribe one, Zigur will go hostile to you. If you remove your rune and don't have any spells learned or other runes or taints inscribed they will no longer be hostile - I think.

Just use an infusion and override your rune, it should fix your problem as long you didn't learn any spells.
