List of tinker effects at different tiers?

Is there an in-game or out-of-game list of the different tinker modifications? My first sawbutcher had lots of generic points wasted as I tried to figure out what the schematics I knew did and how they scaled with talents.

You can also click next to the tier boxes that you can see. The other boxes are there, just hidden, and they'll show the updated data for the tinker in the window. Can't build them, obviously. Probably a bug, but a good bug.
