What is resilience damage?
I never noticed it until I was doing EoR and was getting wrecked by like... 2000 resilience damage coming off of a certain boss. Didn't have any talents I noticed that would do that, no shields or anything.

Resilience is damage reduction when the damage exceeds a % of a characters life, with ghouls right? Makes me think this resilience damage is coming from the amount of overkill you do. Was it happening when you did a large crit?

Resilience damage is actually saying you had that damage prevented. It's from talents that prevent attacks from dealing more than x% of your maximum life in one go. So that boss actually hit for 4k+ and your talent blocked some of it.
