Dumb medical injector question
Are medical injectors with a lower cooldown mods desirable? I can understand wanting higher efficiency, but I'm confused which way the cooldown mod is going.

Lower cooldown. 50% cooldown means it will have... 50% of the cooldown it would normally have.

Cooldown reduction is very important, probably more than increased efficiency (for debuff removal, for instance). It reduces the cooldown of all your tinkers. Hence 50% CD reduction is more or less equivalent to have two medical injectors.
