How to permanently disable disablement of undershooting

#1 Post by LemonTree »

It seems that version 1.4.2 comes with a feature known to some other roguelikes: if your bow-shooting talent doesn't have enough range to target your preferred target it cancels itself unless you hold <ctrl> when confirming the action.

Is there an option or something to revert the behaviour to the one that was in 1.3.3 and before?

If not can one be added? It's useful to be able to easily shoot at targets beyond range with anything that has a non-instant projectile.

Yeah I'd like to go back to just shooting. most of the time what you're aiming at walks into range by the time the projectile reaches it's furthest distance. It's annoying having to do extra commands now
